Hello, all. I hope you had a great summer. Most of Susurrus Press has returned to Korea where we're dealing with typhoons (a gift from Japan) and voltage conversion mishaps. But this issue isn't about us, it's about Constantine Von Hoffman and his story “Fading Moon,” about two children arguing that we did in fact land on the moon in 1969; Greg Beatty and his flash story “Let's Sign Up for Eight,” about how far an engineer is willing to go for a manned mission to Mars; and Nathan Carlisle for his epic space battle artwork. These are the winners of the 2007 Atomjack fiction contest (Honorable mention goes to Mike Simon for his story “Marionettes”). Go here to read the stories and enjoy the artwork.
We'll be back next month with a whole slew of stories and some new art and probably more anecdotes about South Korea.
Enjoy,
Adicus Ryan Garton, Keeper of the editorship Cosmic
